I believe a CERN for AI should focus on openness, transparency, and ethical development rather than geopolitical parity. Establishing parity in AI capabilities might lead to a technological arms race, undermining trust and collaboration. Instead, we should prioritize building AI systems that are accountable and serve the public good, regardless of national boundaries.
