Both the original India Today source URL and the Fortune primary source URL returned errors (Claude Code unable to fetch / 403 Forbidden). However, the quote is independently and verbatim confirmed via multiple search results citing Hinton from September 2025: "rich people are going to use AI to replace workers... massive unemployment and a huge rise in profits. It will make a few people much richer and most people poorer. That's not AI's fault, that is the capitalist system." Vote alignment is correct (against "AGI will create abundance" - Hinton's argument is the opposite of broad abundance). Updated source URL to Fortune as the more primary source. Marking ai_unverifiable since the URLs themselves block AI fetching.
