The original source_url was a Guardian article about Emmanuel Macron — not the primary source and not about Guterres — so I replaced it with the genuine primary source: the United Nations in India page titled "At India AI Impact Summit, UN chief says AI 'must belong to everyone'," which carries these exact statements ("No child should be a test subject for unregulated AI"; "AI must belong to everyone"; and the future of AI not being decided by a few).
