It is true that artificial intelligence also brings advantages, such as what has to do with medical research, but today we will focus on the danger of misuse of the data obtained through artificial intelligence. We will focus on the risks of violating the privacy and intimacy of users—something that affects not only users, but also their environment, especially our children, girls, adolescents, or any vulnerable person. [...] The European Union has already regulated—through the Artificial Intelligence Regulation and the Digital Services Regulation—with the intention that the legal framework establishes an ethical framework for the use and promotion of these tools. We have the right to control and correct the risks that affect our children, girls, adolescents, or any vulnerable person.
