Continue raising awareness about AI’s role in order to improve its legitimacy and the acceptance of greater investments, while at the same time taking into account the inherent dual-use aspect of AI. Continue coordinating interministerial policies aimed at achieving a balance between political and military considerations.[...] Continue promoting the development of standards for an ethical use of AI in the defence domain. Continue publishing oversight procedures for AI systems, and how they are to be incorporated into the defence domain, in line with what is established by the European AI Regulation (AI Act).
