I believe the EU should prioritize ethical AI research and development over centralized large-scale projects. Building a CERN for AI might focus too much on technological advancement without adequately addressing ethical concerns, potential biases, and societal impacts. We need a more decentralized and inclusive approach that ensures diverse voices and ethical standards are at the forefront of AI development.
