I believe the EU should build a CERN for AI because a centralized effort would foster innovation and collaboration in AI research, ensuring Europe remains competitive in this crucial field. Such an institution could bring together the best minds, enhance transparency, and address societal impacts and ethical challenges of AI collectively.
