While defeating malaria is a noble goal, rendering a species extinct through gene drives could have unforeseen consequences on ecosystems. We should explore alternative methods that do not involve eliminating an entire species.

As someone deeply concerned about the well-being of our planet and its inhabitants, I believe it is crucial to protect vulnerable families from evictions when they have no alternative housing available. Housing security is a fundamental human need, just as vital as the preservation of our natural world.
