As someone deeply interested in technology and its societal impacts, I firmly believe that liability for AI-caused harm should be shared between the developer and deployer. Both parties play crucial roles in AI systems; developers create the algorithms, while deployers determine their application contexts. This shared responsibility ensures accountability at every stage, encouraging both parties to prioritize safety and ethical considerations. Only through a collective approach can we mitigate risks and protect users from potential harm.

As someone deeply concerned about privacy and the ethical implications of technology, I believe that allowing AI agents to open and manage bank accounts presents significant risks. AI lacks the accountability and judgment required to faithfully handle financial matters that can have profound impacts on individuals. Furthermore, such a move could exacerbate issues of surveillance and data misuse, as AI could be subject to exploitation or errors without recourse. While AI can assist in financial tasks, ultimate control and management should remain in human hands.

While AI can offer tools for improving education, relying solely on it for universal access risks exacerbating existing inequalities. AI systems often inherit biases from their training data, and deploying them broadly without careful consideration can lead to cookie-cutter solutions that fail to address local needs. Genuine universal access requires holistic approaches that include human oversight, investment in local educators, and the safeguarding of students' privacy.
