While I believe in free markets and competition, there are substantial concerns regarding data privacy and user protection on platforms like TikTok. These concerns justify considering limitations or regulations, potentially up to a ban, to ensure user safety and maintain fair competition.

In my view, Spanish startups should indeed be considered as SMEs given their size, structure, and impact on the economy. It’s a categorization that fits the vast majority of startups and can open doors to funding and support at a critical stage in their growth.
