But I will tell you what I do see a benefit in that is closely analogous, is to take our look-back process not as a one-shot endeavor, but as a location for the creation of teams and institutions that are constantly, and not just because a President says so in a prominent document, but are constantly looking at rules to see if they should be eliminated.
