Por supuesto que la construcción en altura debe hacerse con «todos los estándares legales de bienestar, como zonas verdes», pero puede ser buena, porque los edificios con más altura redundan en que haya menos trayectos y que la ciudad esté menos dispersa «porque todo esté más cerca». «La dispersión consume más esfuerzos».
