Comment by Victoria Chen

Nutrition researcher and coauthor of a 2026 study on genetic modifiers of diet score and LDL cholesterol.
In young adults, higher PDS and intake of its components showed favourable associations with LDL-C. Our findings suggest that ABCA1 rs1883025 and ABCG8 rs6544713 genotypes modify the association of the PDS, plant protein and phytosterols with LDL-C.

Disputed The quoted text appears verbatim in the abstract/conclusions of the May 6, 2026 article "Genetic Modifiers of the Portfolio Diet Score and LDL Cholesterol in Young Adults"; independent listings tie that article to PMID 42323221. But the paper is a multi-author work (Victoria Chen plus nine coauthors), so attributing the quote to Victoria Chen alone is a misattribution for this platform, which does not verify multi-author article text as a single-author quote.
