Comment by Edyth Parker

Coauthor of a Science study on SARS-CoV-2 molecular epidemiology and zoonotic origins
We calculated the Bayes factor comparing the support of two introductions of SARS-CoV-2 to one introduction by considering the posterior probabilities of the four most likely ancestral haplotypes from the phylodynamic inference, the frequencies of the phylogenetic structures associated with introductions of these haplotypes in the epidemic simulations, and equal prior probabilities for each ancestral haplotype and one versus two introductions.
