The draft clause requires federal contractors to notify the CO within 72 hours of “any confirmed or suspected incident.” However, the draft clause does not define what constitutes an “AI incident.” PSC believes that without a clear definition, federal contractors cannot determine when reporting obligations are triggered, creating significant compliance uncertainty and risk of inconsistent application across the MAS portfolio.
