Heritage Action today joined American Compass and the Foundation for American Innovation in sending a letter urging Speaker Mike Johnson and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise to include three key China-focused technology security provisions in the 2027 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The coalition called on Congressional Republicans to ensure the AI OVERWATCH Act, MATCH Act, and Chip Security Act, were included in the NDAA.
