Therefore, we are reviving the idea of an “AI CERN,” as proposed by Nobel laureate Giorgio Parisi: a public, independent center with permanent funding, capable of attracting Europe’s top talent and bringing together research, computing, and security, thereby transforming Europe’s regulatory leadership into technological leadership as well.
