Pennsylvania state representative for the 54th District; co-sponsor of the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Risk Prevention Act.
Subject to subsection (c), within 72 hours of the frontier developer learning facts sufficient to establish a reasonable belief that a critical safety incident has occurred pertaining to a frontier model of the frontier developer, the frontier developer shall report the critical safety incident to the agency and the Attorney General.

The official Pennsylvania General Assembly bill page identifies Scott as a co-sponsor; § 902(a) requires frontier developers to report critical safety incidents to the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency and Attorney General within 72 hours.
