With first-half economic growth at 14.15% and national revenue continuing to rise, the Executive Yuan, following the President’s instruction, prepared a NT$235.7 billion “AI dividend, shared by all” budget. Without borrowing, affecting any policy, or crowding out other spending, this converts the public’s efforts into a universal NT$10,000 cash payment.
