I think it's now. I think we've achieved AGI. [...] It is not out of the question that a Claude [model] was able to create a web service, some interesting little app that all of a sudden, you know, a few billion people used for 50 cents, and then it went out of business again shortly after.

Verified. Quote attributed to Jensen Huang (Nvidia cofounder and CEO), year 2026. WebFetch of the lexfridman.com source_url returned HTTP 403, but a web search confirmed the quote from the Lex Fridman Podcast #494: asked how long until AI could build a $1B company, Huang said "I think we've achieved AGI" and that "it is not out of the question that a Claude was able to create a web service, some interesting little app that a few billion people used for $0.50, and then it went out of business again shortly after." Corroborated by Yahoo Finance, Sherwood News, and the official Lex Fridman transcript (lexfridman.com/jensen-huang-transcript/). The "Claude" reference is genuinely his. Vote alignment is correct: statement 377 ("Build artificial general intelligence") with a "for" vote matches Huang's pro-AGI stance (he claims AGI is already achieved, on his capitalist definition). Author attribution and source are correct.
