The Dwarkesh.com source URL returned HTTP 403 to WebFetch, but a web search confirmed the quote from the February 2026 Dwarkesh Podcast episode ("In 36 months, the cheapest place to put AI will be space"): Musk said he wants "very good ways to look inside the mind of the AI" and that "Anthropic's done a good job of this actually, being able to look inside the mind of the AI," discussing interpretability and debuggers that trace to the neuron level. The two-part quote with [...] elision is faithful. Musk supports AI interpretability, consistent with the "for" vote on "Require AI systems above a capability threshold to be interpretable."
