I strongly believe entrepreneurship will flourish in an era of superintelligence. The rise of advanced AI will create unprecedented opportunities for innovation, allowing entrepreneurs to solve complex problems with new tools and insights. While challenges will exist, the entrepreneurial spirit thrives on disruption and adaptability.

Exempting small companies from most AI regulations could indeed foster innovation. It grants them the flexibility to experiment and develop new technologies without the burden of heavy compliance costs. This could lead to more rapid advancements and also democratize the development of AI, making it less the province of large tech firms. However, we must also ensure that some baseline standards for safety and ethics are maintained to protect the public interest.

As a technologist and entrepreneur, I strongly believe the EU should celebrate entrepreneurship. Embracing and promoting entrepreneurial spirit drives innovation, fosters economic growth, and creates jobs. It’s essential for Europe to encourage its citizens to turn ideas into impactful businesses, leveraging technology and creativity to compete on a global scale.
