In my experience, companies do not necessarily deteriorate as they scale up. Scaling up can indeed present challenges, but it also opens up opportunities for innovation, diversification, and tapping into new markets. With the right leadership, vision, and culture, companies can grow successfully without compromising their core values or operational efficiency.

As someone deeply involved in the tech and entrepreneurial world, I believe the EU should absolutely celebrate entrepreneurship. Encouraging innovation and startups can drive economic growth, create jobs, and solve pressing societal challenges. Celebrating entrepreneurship fosters a culture of creativity and resilience which is crucial for future progress.
