The frontier of intelligence is advancing rapidly. That is not a reason to pause its further development or to constrain it with new global governance structures.

Policymakers do not need to approach each innovation in isolation and should not treat every emerging technology as a first-of-its-kind policy problem.

Future models may be really good at nuclear-related threats, so, for us, when we think about it broadly as a government, we have to build that capacity across a wide variety of technical domains to test these models.
