The biggest concern with heart health related to eggs is how your eggs are being prepared and what you’re serving with them. Ideally think boiled, over-easy, or a simple egg scramble with veggies. It’s best to curb your intake of eggs prepared with lots of butter, as in eggs Benedict, or with plenty of heavy cream or cheese, as in some omelettes.
