Building a robust body of scientific evidence is the foundation on which genuine compatibility and interoperability must rest in practice, supported by common terminology, comparable risk-management practices, testing and evaluation methods, consistent documentation and transparency practices, incident reporting or information-sharing arrangements, technical standards, and exchanges of good practices.
