If Customer Opts In and then later elects to disable the “AI Training Settings” through the settings available in the administrative section of the Enterprise Services (such election to disable, an “Opt Out”), Ironclad will cease using Customer Data for new training activities not already underway on the date of such Opt Out in compliance with this Addendum.
