Fruitful collaboration could include mutual fast tracks for allied infrastructure investment; common industrial policy in sections of the supply chain, such as critical minerals, where chokepoints lie outside the democratic world; joint safety and security research on frontier AI capabilities and safeguards; and common transparency and incident reporting standards.
