Dario is saying that we need to slow down.. AI capabilities are advancing very fast and there is hardly any way for safety to keep up. So, he is proposing a 3 step plan.. Step 1: Embedded Evaluators. Third party reviewers with employee level access inside frontier AI companies. Desks in the office, company laptops, access to internal tools, and the right to publish findings that Anthropic can't edit or censor.
