We can do the same thing with A.I. We can look at where all the powerful A.I.s are located, which data center runs they're doing, and kind of how they're being trained. [...] I think the last piece, and this is something that is actually bipartisan, is that we should have a kill switch for A.I. So, the DHS in the proposed bill, the Department of Homeland Security, should be able to call Anthropic up on the phone if they see something worrisome and say, hey, you guys got to stop this run. You got to stop this A.I. It's out of control. Press the kill button. It basically hard stops the data center.
