HiPEAC

European network of computing researchers, industry representatives, and policymakers that publishes annual computing and AI policy recommendations.

This is an action that calls for creating a physical centre like CERN to bring together competences within Europe in the field of AI and coordinating actions, for example extending the RAISE initiative. This should also help to assess the state of the art and the innovations needed.
