Subject to subsection (c), within 72 hours of the frontier developer learning facts sufficient to establish a reasonable belief that a critical safety incident has occurred pertaining to a frontier model of the frontier developer, the frontier developer shall report the critical safety incident to the agency and the Attorney General.
