New York frontier-AI safety bill introduced October 28, 2026; it amends the RAISE Act with safety, oversight, and employee-disclosure provisions.
A LARGE FRONTIER DEVELOPER SHALL NOT MAKE, ADOPT, ENFORCE, OR ENTER INTO ANY RULE, REGULATION, POLICY, OR CONTRACT THAT PREVENTS AN EMPLOYEE FROM ENGAGING IN ANY OF THE PROTECTED ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN PARAGRAPH (A), (B) OR (C) OF SUBDIVISION TWO OF SECTION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY OF THE LABOR LAW.
