The Charitable Purpose of SAIF is to deliver project strategy which includes fundamental research with “Tool AI” systems in strategic cooperation with the mission of the rapidly developing Safe AI Community to achieve policy development and advocacy, outreach and education and to reduce risk of large-scale harm and/or existential risk (X-RISK) resulting from accidental or intentional misuse of the transformative technology known as superintelligence which could cause extinction of Homo sapiens within our lifetimes.
