Strictly prohibit arbitrary, indiscriminate and mass surveillance used for law enforcement purposes, including biometric and AI applications, such as facial recognition technology, AI systems that create or expand facial recognition databases through the untargeted scraping of facial images from the Internet or CCTV footage, and AI systems for social scoring.
