Organization providing legal-entity infrastructure and guidance for decentralized autonomous organizations and AI agents.
AI agents act in the world, but the law does not recognize them as persons. Under every legal system operating today, there are two types of legal persons: natural persons (humans) and legal persons (corporations, LLCs, foundations). AI agents are neither. They are, legally speaking, property.
