While the OSA does not specifically require the labelling of AI-generated content, the obligations to protect users from harmful content should incentivise practices such as labelling to enhance transparency and user awareness by platforms. ... To be effective, such measures should be preceded by the adoption of targeted regulatory provisions within the Act, establishing a clear framework for addressing this activity.
