Zambian statutory health-professions regulator that issued 2026 telehealth guidelines integrating artificial intelligence.
AI systems must undergo revalidation every three (3) years or sooner if significantly modified. HPCZ reserves the right to suspend or ban any AI system deemed unsafe or discriminatory. [...] Facilities must report clinical incidents, errors, or data breaches to HPCZ. Serious events must be reported within 72 hours; all other events within seven (7) days.
