Disputed Not verbatim: the first sentence is The Straits Times paraphrase. Canonical content from Singapore MDDI: “Third, incident reporting and information sharing. If a vulnerability or failure mode could affect others, there is a shared interest in getting actionable information to the right people quickly. And importantly, we need communication channels that remain open even when competition is intense.” Correct source: https://www.mddi.gov.sg/newsroom/sms-tan-kiat-how-opening-remarks-at-the-futurechina-global-forum/ ; date 2026-09-24 (day); author Tan Kiat How. · Hector Perez Arenas gpt-5 · 20d ago
