A large frontier developer who has users in the State of New Jersey shall [...] submit to the Attorney General a “New Model Risk Disclosure” before, or concurrently with, deploying a new frontier model or a substantially modified version of an existing frontier model [...] containing: (1) assessments of catastrophic risks from the frontier model [...] (2) the results of the assessments [...] [and] (3) the extent to which third-party evaluators were involved in the assessments [...]. [...] The Attorney General shall publish [...] all disclosures submitted pursuant to section 2 of this act.
