Club for Growth seeks a limited waiver of section 64.1200(a)(1)(iii) of the Commission’s rules and an exemption from section 227(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the Communications Act to allow calling parties to make noncommercial, political calls to wireless telephone numbers using an artificial or prerecorded voice – including an AI-generated voice – without obtaining prior express consent from the call recipient.
