Bipartisan parliamentary committee of Australia appointed in 2026 to examine artificial intelligence opportunities, risks, governance, and national resilience.
This would see independent, qualified and, over time, accredited individuals be embedded within the operations of the frontier labs, have employee-like access to their systems and activities to monitor and assist in managing risk.
