Europa Nova: a treaty-based research institution, modelled on CERN but with a commercial licensing arm, dedicated to sovereign European capability in frontier AI, up to and including safe artificial general intelligence. [...] A Commercial Licensing Entity, wholly owned by the Foundation, licensing models and compute to European industry and the public sector. Revenue funds the mission.
