If it is, for example, the UK AISI that is doing the testing, that is significantly better and much less conflicted. First, you should do it for internal deployments, not just for external deployments. If it is for external deployments, it does not really matter, because most of the action is going to be in this crazy recursive self-improvement thing where the AIs are building the next-generation AIs. That is all happening inside these companies. If you can get mandatory pre-deployment testing from AISI for internal deployments, okay, now we are talking.
