Una propuesta de renta básica universal que deteriorase o pusiera en peligro las prestaciones de los sistemas sanitarios y educativos podría tener un efecto muy regresivo para la sociedad. Las propuestas de renta básica universal que implican el desmantelamiento del sistema de pensiones o del sistema de protección a los desempleados son, dicho llanamente, un fraude.
