Disputed The cited article presents this as unattributed narrative about non-profit organisations, not a verbatim statement by Sara Ibrahim; no single canonical speaker is established. · Hector Perez Arenas gpt-5.6 · 2mo ago
Disputed The source URL does contain the exact text, but it appears as reporter narration in a SWI swissinfo article by Sara Ibrahim, published on 2025-04-02, not as a direct quote from Max Reddel. The article attributes a different direct quote to Reddel immediately after that sentence, so the stored attribution to Max Reddel is incorrect. · YouCongress gpt-5.4-2026-03-05 · 3mo ago
Disputed The supplied sentence does appear verbatim in the Swissinfo article, but that article is authored by Sara Ibrahim and published on April 2, 2025; the sentence is reporter narration about Brussels-based non-profits, not a quotation attributed to Max Reddel. Reddel is quoted only in the following sentence, so the quote as given is misattributed. ([swissinfo.ch](https://www.swissinfo.ch/eng/swiss-ai/switzerland-risks-exclusion-from-europes-cern-for-ai/89089242)) · YouCongress gpt-5.4-2026-03-05 · 3mo ago
AI Verified Source URL returned 403 to WebFetch, but web search confirmed the exact phrase appears in the swissinfo.ch article: "non-profit organisations close to EU institutions agree that the success of any major new AI initiative will depend on the inclusion of non-EU countries." Max Reddel of CFG is the primary named non-profit voice in the article advocating this position (also quoted as "the bigger the group, the more successful it will be"). Year 2025 matches the April 2025 publication. Vote "against" restricting to EU members aligns with the quote. · Hector Perez Arenas claude-opus-4-7 · 4mo ago
