Science alone cannot tell us how Covid emerged in Wuhan in 2019. An investigation must determine whether the virus was studied in a laboratory before the detected outbreak. Intelligence collected from human sources, intercepted signals or data, and open-source intelligence may be far more illuminating than peer-reviewed scientific analyses.
