Before being disseminated, or otherwise acted upon, any output from a GenAI tool must always be vetted by an appropriate agency human operator (HITL), and the organizational level or standing of the agency human operator should be commensurate with the significance or impact of the underlying content. At a minimum, this vetting must account for accuracy, appropriateness, privacy, and security.
