An output from a GenAI tool must never be used to arrive at a final decision. Before being disseminated, or otherwise acted upon, any output from a GenAI tool must always be vetted by an appropriate agency human operator (HITL), and the organizational level/standing of the agency human operator should be commensurate with the significance/impact of the underlying content.
