A large frontier developer shall conspicuously publish on the large frontier developer's website summaries of the following before deploying a new frontier model or a frontier model that was substantially modified by the large frontier developer: (a) assessments of catastrophic risks from the frontier model conducted pursuant to the developer's public safety plan; (b) the results of the assessments described in Subsection (2)(a); (c) the extent to which third-party evaluators were involved in the assessments described in Subsection (2)(a); and (d) other steps taken to fulfill the requirements of the public safety plan with respect to the frontier model.
